The Guntersville Museum & Cultural Center focuses on Guntersville's history, art and culture with featured exhibits including the TVA’s construction of Guntersville Dam, Creak and Cherokee artifacts and paintings, and tributes to the city’s earliest families. Housed in an historic military armory, the museum is centrally located in town. In addition to its permanent collection, one or two national traveling exhibits are hosted by the museum each year.
